What agents and brokers ask first
Do I have to change brokerages?
No. Hank TC works for agents at any brokerage. You keep your license, your managing broker and your brokerage exactly as they are.
Does my broker know I am using Hank?
Yes. When you sign up, your managing broker gets an informational email saying so. You confirm that you comply with your own brokerage’s policies, including any policy on transaction coordinators.
Is this a commission split?
No. You pay a flat coordination fee. It is never a split, never a percentage of your commission, and it does not change with the price of the house.
What does a listing cost?
Nothing. Active listings are unlimited and free, and listing paperwork never counts toward anything. A listing counts only once it goes pending.
What if a deal falls through?
On the per-side plan you are charged $149 only when a side closes, so a terminated deal costs $0.
How does Pro count sides?
Pro is $199 a month and includes 5 pending sides a month. Each pending side past 5 in a month is $49. Listings never count.
Is Hank a person?
Hank is software, an AI transaction coordinator, backed by licensed people. He is openly AI: he says so when he writes to anyone, and nothing he drafts goes out until you approve it.
What doesn’t Hank do?
He does not negotiate, does not give legal advice and does not enter or pull MLS data. He does not replace your judgment or your broker’s supervision, and you stay responsible for your deadlines.
